Sweetwater Union High School District’s CTE Sports Medicine Program is the 2024 Golden Bell Award recipient!

We’re proud to announce that the Sweetwater Union High School District’s CTE Sports Medicine Program has been selected as a finalist for the prestigious Golden Bell Award!

Since launching in 2007-2008 with just one teacher, our program has grown to 15 teachers across all our high schools, providing rigorous, hands-on healthcare education to hundreds of students each year.

A special thank you to Golden Bell validator Trustee Antrim for visiting and validating our program’s impact and sustainability! We’re excited to continue preparing students for successful careers in healthcare.
