Mission:  The mission of the Sweetwater Union High School District’s High School/Middle School Redesign initiative is to provide its students the academic and career, rigor and relevance that will offer them the ability to reason, problem-solve, access and assimilate information.  With this knowledge, the students will be better equipped to meet the future demands in a global workforce.

 

Purpose:  The purpose of the Sweetwater Union High School District’s High School/Middle School Redesign initiative is to prepare the students for academic achievement, career exploration, career preparation, and leadership development. The successful transition to postsecondary education and the workplace will be accomplished through the principles of college and career readiness: communication, collaboration, problem-solving, professionalism, job shadowing, internships, and business partnerships.
